Multi-Age EC Teacher
Ms. Chanda Sparrow has over twenty-five years of experience working in the medical field as a certified phlebotomy technician and a certified nursing assistant (CNA). Ms. Sparrow received her formal medical training in Norfolk, Virginia. Her teaching experiences include previously working in the head start program with early learners and later serving as a substitute teacher for Kid Stars Rising Academy during the 2024-2025 school year. She loves children and desires for each child to succeed on his or her own level of learning.
Ms. Sparrow's background in the medical field, customer service, and head start highlights her ability to provide empathy and compassion to those under her direct supervision. She intends to transfer those skills to our Exceptional Children (EC) classroom. Ms. Sparrow desires to promote a classroom that fosters student engagement, academic rigor, and excitement in learning. Ms. Sparrow is super excited to serve as our Multi-Age EC teacher this year!
