Teresa Rubio nació y creció en Fayetteville, Carolina del Norte, y ha dedicado más de dos décadas al campo de la educación. Obtuvo un Grado Asociado en Artes por el Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC), una Licenciatura en Ciencias con especialización en Sociología por la Universidad de Carolina del Norte en Pembroke (UNCP) y una Maestría en Administración y Supervisión Escolar por la Universidad Liberty. Teresa también obtuvo una certificación en Matemáticas por la Universidad de Carolina del Este (ECU) y recibió una certificación STEM a través del Programa Conexiones de la NASA.
Her commitment to student success extends beyond the classroom. Teresa actively fosters community partnerships with local businesses, colleges, fraternities, and individuals, and has served on the board for Outreach Ministries. She believes these connections play a vital role in increasing family engagement and enhancing student outcomes.
Guided by her faith, Teresa is devoted to serving the LORD in all she does. One of her greatest goals is to share His word with others. She is passionate about nurturing the academic, emotional, and spiritual growth of children, recognizing them as the future and striving to make a meaningful impact in their lives. We are beyond thrilled to welcome Mrs. Rubio as a part of our Kid Stars Rising Administrative Team this year!
